What the job involves
- Meet with clients virtually to understand their financial goals, assess needs, and provide information about solutions. This includes explaining policy features, coverage options, and premium costs
- Provide ongoing customer service to policyholders by addressing client inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and helping with claims processing
- Build long-term client relationships by following up periodically to review needs, update policies, and address changes in circumstances
- Adhere to industry regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate documentation related to client interactions and transactions
