We're Looking For An Experienced Benefits Specialist To Join Our Total Rewards Team For a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. A Remote Role, Reporting To The EMEA Benefits Lead, You Will Be Responsible For:

Vendor Management, tracking and implementing renewals, escalations, and quarterly reviewsTracking and maintaining metrics and dashboards related to the utilisation of benefits programmesProject manage of benefits projects including: time off and leave of absences, country expansions and mergers & acquisitions


What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Must have 4+ years of experience in HR with Benefits experienceExperience using Benefits software systemsBenefits Vendor management experience
