- Manage the end-to-end bid and tender process with speed accuracy and strong coordination
- Interpret customer needs and craft compelling compliant proposals that win business
- Demonstrate Granicus platforms through tailored pre-bid and formal sales presentations
- Collaborate across sales product implementation legal and support teams to gather content and shape commercial responses
- Maintain bid libraries CRM records dashboards and post-bid reviews to improve future outcomes
