What you'll be doingReporting to the Bid Manager, you will develop, write Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and Invitation to tender responses across a wide range of services and values. You will be responsible for the quality of the technical aspects of each bid, ensuring the written documentation and presentations are clear, concise and compelling.

Responsibilities:Develop and write all technical elements of tender proposals associated with framework opportunities and one off major projects across the UKCreate new content as well as editing existing content, tailoring to suit client requirementsEngage with internal and external stakeholders to extract relevant information required to produce the best technical responseDeliver completed written responses by agreed deadlines, escalating any issues in good time to the Group Bid ManagerComplete sector and client research to enhance bid responsesProvide continuous development of the bid libraryConduct and contribute towards pre and post tender bid meetings with clients in pursuit of securing contractsLiaise with our internal marketing team for potential reuse of tender proposal contentAttend meetings at different locations around the UK as requiredProvide regular reports on tender documentation progress
