Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's preferred
- At least six years' experience in bid writing and external proposal development
- Experience with NATO UN UK or EU government submissions
- Experience working cross-culturally with global stakeholders
- Strong writing editing formatting and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to change
- Fluency in English; French Arabic or German an advantage
- Familiarity with donor-specific templates and compliance requirements

Day to day
- Write compelling bid responses and proposals for complex high-value global opportunities
- Collaborate with sales commercial operational teams and subject matter experts to create coherent persuasive and technically sound submissions
- Review revise and refine written products incorporating feedback bespoke solutions value propositions and win strategies
- Improve bid processes and mentor internal stakeholders to raise proposal quality and efficiency
