Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's preferred
  • At least six years' experience in bid writing and external proposal development
  • Experience with NATO UN UK or EU government submissions
  • Experience working cross-culturally with global stakeholders
  • Strong writing editing formatting and research skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to change
  • Fluency in English; French Arabic or German an advantage
  • Familiarity with donor-specific templates and compliance requirements

Day to day

  • Write compelling bid responses and proposals for complex high-value global opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales commercial operational teams and subject matter experts to create coherent persuasive and technically sound submissions
  • Review revise and refine written products incorporating feedback bespoke solutions value propositions and win strategies
  • Improve bid processes and mentor internal stakeholders to raise proposal quality and efficiency
