- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Established network of industry contacts within life and financial services
- Previous experience with a life insurance carrier IMO or agency
- Proven success developing coaching or managing agents or teams
- Aggressive goal oriented mindset with strong drive to win and grow
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Strong understanding of territory development sales strategy and agent engagement
- Life and Health license

Day to day
- Recruit and develop life insurance agents across the territory to support steady growth and production
- Lead motivate and mentor agents with confident energy to improve performance and reach targets
- Build strong bilingual relationships with agents partners and community organizations while driving recruiting and expansion efforts
