  • Working knowledge of Chargebee is essential
  • Experience within the SaaS space preferred
  • Background running or supporting projects
  • Strong Excel and systems experience
  • Self-starter who delivers accurate reports on time
  • Strong communication skills

Day to day

  • Manage the end-to-end customer billing process for recurring subscription invoices and related amendments.
  • Ensure billing accuracy while resolving customer queries and investigating revenue discrepancies.
  • Support the Chargebee implementation by gathering requirements mapping processes testing configurations and improving controls.
