- Strong skillset in Bluebeam solutions

Day to day
- Create and coordinate detailed BIM models for architectural, mechanical HVAC, DWV, mechanical pipe, plumbing, process pipe, and electrical disciplines.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and support trade collaboration to resolve clashes and improve constructability.
- Assist with Revit family creation and contribute to estimating and scoping new project opportunities.
