- Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit Navisworks BIM360 Docs and Design capabilities
- Strong skillset in Bluebeam solutions
- Effectively use Microsoft Office software including Word Excel OneNote and Outlook
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills
- Proactive attitude and strong self-motivation
- Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask several projects
- Maintain high standards quality and business ethics
- Experience and understanding of the production design and construction environment
- At least 5 years of experience as a BIM Engineer I or equivalent

Day to day
- Create and coordinate architectural, mechanical, plumbing, process pipe and electrical BIM models with accuracy and care.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and apply a solid understanding of construction principles to resolve clashes and support project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with multiple disciplines, assist with Revit family creation, and contribute subject matter guidance to the delivery team when needed.
