Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in Computer Drafting and Design or similar technical program or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of BIM professional experience in Mechanical Conveyor Engineering Construction Management or a closely related discipline
- Expert-level Autodesk Revit experience
- Required extensive experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks
- Experience with ACC Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Strong understanding of BIM methodologies and standards
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Proficiency in creating and managing BIM documentation and workflow processes
- Experience in training staff in BIM processes

Day to day
- Create and maintain detailed Revit models for conveyor and material handling systems.
- Develop Revit families assemblies and project templates while supporting project setup and model organization.
- Coordinate BIM activities across mechanical controls structural project management and MEP teams and resolve clash and coordination issues.
- Generate drawings deliverables and quality-controlled BIM documentation from coordinated models while supporting teams with training and technical guidance.
