Who you are

  • Master's degree and 8 years of experience a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience or 14 years of experience if no degree
  • 3+ years of experience with BMC TrueSight Server Automation
  • Strong knowledge and experience in deploying and maintaining TrueSight Server Automation suite
  • Experience in troubleshooting TrueSight applications integrations and customizations
  • Experience in scripting and good understanding of release process change management and release scheduling
  • Able to perform in-depth device troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Accuracy attention to detail organizational skills
  • Independent problem solver with analytical skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle competing work demands
  • Verbal and written communication skills able to communicate on a technical level to a technical audience
  • Ability to pass government background investigation and work flexible hours and be on-call

Desirables

  • BMC TrueSight Server Automation certification
  • Experience with BMC Network Automation
  • Familiarity with ITSM BMC Portal and Discovery
  • Experience in custom BDSNA reports
  • Experience in administering and configuring network devices

  • Manage and maintain the BMC TrueSight Server Automation suite
  • Oversee the deployment and integration of server management tools
  • Configure provisioning and support the operations branches
  • Enable administrators to manage change and configurations of servers
  • Perform OS and application release management
  • Create scripts for patch bundles and create reports
  • Manage role-based access control for system administrators
  • Configure and support SecOps for teams
