Requirements
- Proven experience within the Building Management Systems industry
- Previous experience in a BMS Support Service or Commissioning Engineer role
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience with Trend and Distech systems including current and legacy products
- A methodical approach to identifying and resolving technical issues
- Good IT skills and confidence with software-based control systems
- Full UK driving licence

Day to day
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on customer BMS installations to keep systems reliable and efficient
- Diagnose and resolve faults across a range of building control systems, responding quickly to reactive service calls and system failures
- Deliver upgrade projects and provide technical support, building trusted customer relationships and maintaining clear documentation
