Requirements
- Experience in the building controls industry
- Understanding of mechanical plant
- Proven diagnostic skills
- Familiar with Trend and IQ Vision
- Experience with Siemens Tridium or Schneider EcoStruxure advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- PC literate
- On-call availability on a rota basis
- Full driving licence

Day to day
- Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems to meet service level agreements and customer needs.
- Carry out small repairs and remedial works while responding promptly to service calls and system failures.
- Document maintenance activities repairs and client interactions accurately and professionally to support reliable service delivery.
