Requirements

- Provide financial support through donation and/or fundraising
- Financial advisor candidates need deep investing expertise
- Financial advisor candidates need experience with budgets and nonprofit financial statements
- Fundraiser candidates need ability and willingness to fundraise
- Fundraiser candidates need experience making or securing six-figure donations
- Legal expert candidates need significant litigation and/or appellate experience
- Legal expert candidates need expertise in employment law free speech and civil rights
- Legal expert candidates need ability to connect pro bono legal support
- Public policy/media candidates need connections with policymakers and/or media

Day to day
- Provide fiduciary oversight and strategic leadership for a growing nonprofit board
- Support governance and long-term organizational direction while advancing church-state separation and religious freedom
