Who you are

• 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or higher role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word
• Highly experienced in using Sage accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy and works quickly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What the job involves

• Entry for accurate bookkeeping for both UK and Malta company on Sago 50
• Preparation of financial statements reports and budgets
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software on Sage 50
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
• Support Management & Customer Services with various administrative tasks and customer interactions via the phone including credit control
