Proven experience in brand management and design leadership
Expertise in creative processes, including content development, package design, and visual asset management
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and ad creative platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Knowledge of market research methods and brand metrics analysis
Experience in a mission-driven or health-related company is a plus
What the job involves
Shaping and upholding the Pompa Program’s brand identity across all mediums, ensuring consistency in visuals, messaging, and voice
Lead the creative and brand strategy, manage a cross-functional brand and voice team, and maintain oversight of the company's visual and written assets
Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop and execute compelling and cohesive brand experiences
