Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand consumer or marketing design roles
- Experience leading brand design at a consumer startup or high-growth company ideally in digital services or mobile applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing web paid media lifecycle and digital product marketing work
- Deep expertise in typography layout systems and visual hierarchy
- Experience building basic motion/video assets and working with production teams or external vendors
- Comfort designing for both brand-building and performance-driven initiatives
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with growth and product teams
- Expert-level proficiency in modern design tools including Figma and basic motion/video familiarity

Day to day
- Lead brand design across all marketing touchpoints for a portfolio of consumer brands
- Create and refine visual systems for websites landing pages paid media emails and app store listings
- Partner with Growth Product and Marketing leadership to develop high-performing creative and optimize it using performance data and audience insights
- Provide creative direction for video production and help raise the standard of design excellence across the organization
