Greenlight Group

Talent management for the internet’s most-watched creators. Audiences into careers. Careers into companies.

About Greenlight GroupGreenlight is a premier talent management and development firm representing over 30 of the most influential creators on the internet, with a collective audience of nearly half a billion followers. Pound for pound, our roster is one of the most potent in the digital space.
While our reach is significant, our approach is deliberately boutique. We are not a volume shop. We operate on a high-conviction model, building long-term, multi-faceted businesses with generational talent like Jordan Howlett (45M+) and Hafu Go (20M+). Our founder sets the creative and strategic vision for these careers. This internship puts you inside the team that helps turn that vision into action.
The RoleWe are hiring a Brand Partnerships & PR Intern to support Talent Managers and high-priority initiatives across the broader Greenlight team. You will help identify the brands, agencies, media opportunities, and cultural moments that can create real value for our creators.
You will research prospective partners, build concise prospect lists and opportunity briefs, prepare pitch-support materials, and keep outreach and follow-up tracking current. You will also surface creator-economy news, platform developments, and press angles that the team should know about. The work needs to be useful, not academic: every research assignment should leave the team clearer on who matters, why they matter, and what should happen next.
You will report to a Talent Manager and collaborate with teammates when a priority spans multiple creators or teams. This is not a sales or negotiation role. Your job is to help the team find, frame, and prepare the right opportunities so we can move quickly and intelligently.
What We Are Looking ForYou are pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, marketing, public relations, media, business, or a related field—or you have built equivalent experience through internships, campus organizations, freelance work, or creator-side projects. You follow the creator economy closely, know how to research beyond a Google search, and can turn a large amount of information into a short, useful point of view. You write clearly and professionally, and you are comfortable using spreadsheets, presentation tools, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace.
Beyond your resume, you are curious, resourceful, and thoughtful about what makes a partnership actually credible. You do not just collect names. You look for the fit, the angle, and the person most likely to care. You follow up, check details, and can work independently without losing alignment with the team.
CompensationPaid, part-time internship at $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience and work location. Remote flexibility. Direct exposure to brand partnerships, PR strategy, and the business of creator management.
