Who you are
Minimum seven (5-7) years of experience with OEM data center hardware
Solid technical aptitude and understanding of different OEM equipment
Ability to work long and/or unusual hours while maintaining effectiveness
Prior experience providing Customer Service
Proven ability to work independently while exhibiting leadership and collaboration when working with others
CompTIA A+ and Server+ preferred
Valid driver’s license with appropriate driving record for travel requirements
On-call status position responding based on service level agreements
Maintain regular working hours if site-specific assignment
Lift 50 pounds stand and walk for extended periods pull, lift, squat, reach, bend, stoop to equipment, parts, and supplies
Pass customer background screenings and Park Place Technologies pre-employment screenings
Desirables
Certifications from major vendors such as Dell IBM HP
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred

Provides onsite technical customer support ensuring timely, professional, and effective response to customer service needs
Performs problem analysis and identification remotely before arrival to minimize down time and multiple trips
Utilizes diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques to ensure timely and effective repair of hardware, storage area network, and system configuration issues
