Day to day
- Manage a high-volume global case queue and deliver fast, accurate analytics support across reporting and order management requests
- Build and maintain complex data models that streamline outputs and enable leadership to focus on performance trends and actionable insights
- Act as the Salesforce and Gong reporting subject matter expert, developing dashboards, scorecards, and data checks that support reliable business performance reporting
- Support variable compensation and incentive programs by validating quota-based goal sheets, SPIFF incentives, Champion's Club qualification, and commission data accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, GTM, and field stakeholders to maintain data integrity and ensure consistent, actionable reporting
