Day to day
- Analyze business processes to uncover automation opportunities and support AI-driven transformation initiatives.
- Gather and document clear business and functional requirements while collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Create process documentation reports workflows and recommendations and assist with UAT and solution implementation.
