Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Information Technology Computer Science Business or equivalent technology degree/experience
- 2+ years of experience in a BA role with increasing responsibility
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset and passion for continuous learning
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers employees and management levels
- Experience eliciting and documenting software requirements
- Analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into user-friendly software and operational requirements
- Ability to formulate and execute test plans to ensure business needs are met
- Software project management experience
- QA use cases QA testing and bug tracking tools experience
- Intermediate knowledge of project management practices and project life cycle phases
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Moderate SQL experience writing queries and data analysis
- Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops is a plus

Day to day
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations issues escalations and projects.
- Conduct requirements definition sessions and create entity relationship definitions application and business workflow analysis.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical staff collaborating with scrum teams and translating technical details for non-technical audiences.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies QA/UAT testing coordinate client UAT efforts monitor backend processes and run data queries to support analysis.
