Who you are

• 4+ years of experience, especially in business process modelling, Requirement Gathering, Process Mapping and oversight as well as in business data processing
• SAP S4/Hana experience preferred
• Strong domain knowledge in P2P, R2R, OTC, Supply Chain, Treasury, IT & HRO
• Innovative, conceptual and analytical thinking
• Hands on experience in Documentation and process re-design and mapping
• Results oriented with proven track record of delivering large, complex challenges
• Project Management experience is preferred
• Understanding of Business Intelligence, and competitive environment Knowledge of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) concept and possibilities
• Exposure to 7 QC tools is a must
• Work experience in Six sigma is preferred
• Greenbelt or Black belt certification is an added advantage
• Being certified in Business Analysis is required and certified in Project Manager and/or Scrum Master is preferred
• Excellent in written and verbal communication in English
• Experience in one or many of the following environments: F&A process, Supply chain, HR, Procurement, Risk, Assurance, etc.
• Delivery of exceptional reporting, analysis & decision support services
• Working with the key stakeholder from business and coworkers in broader scale to identify opportunities to drive business outcomes
• Degree level with strong academic background
• Proficient business finance experience is desirable

What the job involves

• Building strong stakeholder relationships by delivering outstanding value through automation
• Representing our automation practice in public forums
• Work with SMEs and Process owners to gather requirements and seamlessly communicate with leadership teams
• Addressing performance, development and deployment issues across the client(s)
• Identification and assessment of potential processes for RPA
• Process preparation for Robotics solution (process redesign, gaps and wastes identification) Validation of potential processes for RPA and assess the complexity
• Delivering RPA solutions and being first point of contact in case of any configuration issues for the team
• Collecting local business requirements, cooperation with process SME on client side
• Ensuring quality and timeliness of automated processes
• Creation of automation architecture and solution proposals
• Preparing documents such as Process Definition Document and Solution Design Document
• Leading process walk-thru ad driving the User Acceptance Calls
• Contribute to Design and solutions, work closely with Developer and Solution architect to design robust solutions
