Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in strategic financial management business control financial planning and budgeting
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and developing finance teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior management
  • Experience in overseeing CAPEX return on investments and long-term financial planning
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and take on a general management role with P&L responsibilities in the medium term

Day to day

  • Provide expert guidance on business and financial solutions supporting both tactical and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with management to enhance business and financial performance ensuring continuous improvement in operations
  • Lead budget management including reviews and performance monitoring
  • Oversee CAPEX reviews and monitor return on investments
  • Coordinate long-term strategic planning and resource allocation for the business unit aligning financial strategies with business goals
  • Develop the Group's resources and competencies in financial management
  • Build manage and strengthen the regional finance team
  • Oversee all financial and business control operations ensuring a robust financial structure
  • Coordinate analyze and report financial performance to management including projections and other special projects as needed
  • Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts to guide business decisions
  • Develop implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures to support corporate governance and compliance
