- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or equivalents
- 10-12 years of success in B2B solution selling to European Tier 1 and OEM Strategic Accounts
- Proven ability to build network with energy and professionalism
- Expert consultative sales skills and ability to convert leads into opportunities
- Thorough knowledge of key account selling and global supply chain industries
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced team environment
- Proven strategic selling experience managing complex multinational accounts

- Lead strategic account planning processes and manage performance objectives
