10 + years experience in IT professional services sales
Demonstrable track record in selling services related to at least one of digital transformation application modernisation and cloud services
Demonstrable track record of sales with the achievement of at least 3 out of the last 4 years on/exceeding targets
What the job involves
The role will be part of a successful growing team focused on Enterprise opportunities.
We are looking for a senior Business Development Director with a pedigree in Professional Services Sales to Enterprise scale customers to join our team in the UK.
Whilst you will be assigned a number of existing Enterprise customers to develop, your primary responsibility will be to ‘land and expand’ new Enterprise customers who are ready to drive digital and systems transformation using the power of digital & cloud.
Preparation and delivery of presentations and solution proposals and the active management of your forecast and the full sales cycle for each deal you deliver.
Contract negotiation covering consulting services, fixed price development and managed services contracts.
Such relationships if fostered correctly will lead to further new business opportunity for you and Version 1.
