Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
8+ years experience in business development, sales, or B2B sales
Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
Strong track record in sales and relationship management
Experience in carbon credit market preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What the job involves
Establish, manage, and grow relationships with buyers to drive sales strategy
Originate and close deals/partnerships with buyers
Develop programmatic approach to expand buyer partnerships
Forecast demand and sale of carbon credits from various buyer groups
Originate, structure, and execute long-term offtake agreements and commercial deals
Stay current on market developments and industry trends
Work with commercial and product managers to attract new customers
Engage with research teams and legal for risk management and quality control
