Day to day

  • Support the operation and development of the site
  • Identify and win sales via Account Management and New Client Acquisition
  • Meet with clients face to face and via Microsoft Teams
  • Account development planning
  • Work alongside Commercial, Chemistry and QA departments to provide excellent client service
  • Support design of service solutions
  • Grow the Eurofins BPT brand within the UK market
  • Generate quotations
  • Management of UK ComLIMS (CLO, CLQ, CLPA)
  • Provide commercial status reports
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements
  • Maintain CRM system
