Day to day
- Support the operation and development of the site
- Identify and win sales via Account Management and New Client Acquisition
- Meet with clients face to face and via Microsoft Teams
- Account development planning
- Work alongside Commercial, Chemistry and QA departments to provide excellent client service
- Support design of service solutions
- Grow the Eurofins BPT brand within the UK market
- Generate quotations
- Management of UK ComLIMS (CLO, CLQ, CLPA)
- Provide commercial status reports
- Propose and implement continuous improvements
- Maintain CRM system
