- 2-4 years in an outbound sales or BDR role with consistent meeting booking results
- Agency ecommerce or SaaS background strongly preferred
- Strong human-sounding writing for outreach and DMs
- Highly organised with excellent follow-up discipline
- Able to work UK hours while remote
- Comfortable self-managing and responsive in a remote setting

Day to day
- Manage the founder's LinkedIn pipeline by handling DMs warm signals and inbound enquiries in his voice.
- Build and qualify prospect lists of DTC brands then run targeted outbound across LinkedIn email and phone to book high-quality discovery calls.
- Sit in on sales calls capture notes own follow-up draft proposals and keep the CRM accurate so deals keep moving.
