  • 1 year experience in International Education or leadership in student organizations
  • 1 year experience in B2B sales, vendor operations, negotiating, or managing vendor agreements
  • Experience living, interning, or studying abroad
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Nice to have

  • QS100 or top universities background
  • Industry experience or leadership in cross-school organizations
  • Sensitivity to new media and data
  • Experience with WeChat, Xiaohongshu, etc.

Day to day

  • Manage day-to-day vendor programs for Global Partnerships workflows.
  • Explore potential B2B partnerships and Drive efficiencies in existing vendor programs.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and a strategic narrative to influence executives to adopt recommended strategies.
  • Work with business leaders for scoping and sign-off on new initiatives.
  • Facilitate decision-making, balancing quality, costs, resources, scope, and time.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, resolve issues timely.
  • Identify new workflows for vendorization and lead global implementation efforts.
  • Provide regular program updates to Global Stakeholders, maintain documentation, and ensure the quality of program outputs.
