Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, communication, or equivalent
- 1 year experience in International Education or leadership in student organizations
- 1 year experience in B2B sales, vendor operations, negotiating, or managing vendor agreements
- Experience living, interning, or studying abroad
- Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Nice to have
- QS100 or top universities background
- Industry experience or leadership in cross-school organizations
- Sensitivity to new media and data
- Experience with WeChat, Xiaohongshu, etc.
Day to day
- Manage day-to-day vendor programs for Global Partnerships workflows.
- Explore potential B2B partnerships and Drive efficiencies in existing vendor programs.
- Deliver data-driven insights and a strategic narrative to influence executives to adopt recommended strategies.
- Work with business leaders for scoping and sign-off on new initiatives.
- Facilitate decision-making, balancing quality, costs, resources, scope, and time.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, resolve issues timely.
- Identify new workflows for vendorization and lead global implementation efforts.
- Provide regular program updates to Global Stakeholders, maintain documentation, and ensure the quality of program outputs.
