Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in sales/SDR/BDR roles, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and top performance
  • Proven ability to develop new prospects and cultivate lasting relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in managing contacts and opportunities using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities
  • Experience in B2B technology sales, preferably within health tech solutions and the NHS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.



What the job involves

  • We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Lead to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in forging new relationships and identifying opportunities to drive the growth of C the Signs within the NHS and beyond. If you are motivated by making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
  • Build and execute your territory and region plans, identifying key accounts and targets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Win new contracts and increase ARR by hitting and exceeding sales objectives. Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and lead pitches for new business opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle with precision.
  • Build and maintain meaningful client relationships founded on trust and exceptional service. Work closely with accounts to increase their usage and gain product insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BDMs, Customer Success Managers, marketing, and product teams. Share insights and best practices with the commercial team.
  • Provide reliable forecasting, reporting, and documentation on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
