Who you are
At least 5 years recent experience within Business Development in corporate environments
An existing network would be a distinct advantage
Masters or Higher Degree
Demonstrable strategy creation and implementation experience
Stable and progressive career history to date
High level business acumen
Excellent IT skills with MS Office products
Excel PowerPoint Teams CRM and Sales Funnel experience
Salesforce Dynamix Qlik
Experience with working in a matrix structure
A proven track record of delivering sales growth from scratch
Full UK drivers license

What the job involves
Business Developers thrive on winning big accounts and watching them evolve over time. They are excited by potential connections, growth of their accounts and recognition by both the customer and CHEP. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development to present your challenges and plans to grow the CHEP business strategically.
You will assist and facilitate other members of the field based business development team. You will be expected to create, implement and agree and work a 5 year pathway to success. You will be talking to our customer’s about the CHEP of today, but also the CHEP of tomorrow.
You will be looking to find the mutual synergies, benefits and partnerships to forge. You will be given access to all the latest business tools including Salesforce CRM, Sales Navigator access, IBP procedures, a list of existing hi-touch contacts and the support of a world class team.
