Requirements
- 3+ years of business development experience focused on acquisition and partnerships
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding business development targets
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology wallets and DeFi
- Direct experience delivering partnerships with wallets and DeFi ecosystem partners
- Ambitious results-focused and able to work with minimal supervision
- Data-savvy with understanding of basic marketing and operations metrics
- Native or fluent English and Mandarin
- Cantonese fluency is a plus
- Experience in blockchain and payment industry preferred

Day to day
- Lead the business development and marketing strategy for Cregis Solutions with clear ownership of execution and outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize strategic partners across DeFi apps, developers, exchanges, and wallet ecosystems.
- Manage partnerships end to end from outreach and negotiation through contracting and successful integration, while supporting market growth and sales potential.
