Who you are

  • Proven ability to develop deck responses independently.
  • Experience in business development or client engagement within a creative agency.
  • Track record of successfully managing RFPs and proposal submissions.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with clients in gaming, esports, or Gen-Z-focused sectors is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working across time zones with UK and US teams.
  • Passion for creativity and experiential content.

What the job involves

  • Lead the end-to-end process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with minimal oversight.
  • Write detailed, persuasive, and visually compelling deck responses aligning with our creative vision.
  • Engage with clients, managing relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the business development process.
