Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience
  • 3+ years working with Channel Partners and Key Accounts in the Hydrology, Meteorology, or Solar sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort relating to all levels of an organization
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Nice to have

  • Formal sales training
  • Experience with value selling and selling full solutions
  • Spanish language skill

Day to day

  • Positioning OTT HydroMet for success in hydrology, meteorology, and solar opportunities
  • Work with channel partners, system integrators, and key customers to drive revenue and build a sustainable sales funnel
  • Develop relationships with key accounts and identify business opportunities to expand market share
