- 3+ years of experience in business development sales account management or partner management within the video game industry
- Strong understanding of game development publishing and external development services
- Existing network of contacts within the gaming industry
- Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Experience managing commercial negotiations and complex sales processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Self-motivated proactive and comfortable working remotely
- Passion for games and the gaming industry
- Willingness to travel within North America for industry events and client meetings

Day to day
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with game developers publishers and industry partners across North America

- Manage the full business development cycle from outreach and qualification through proposal preparation negotiation closing and account growth
