    What the job involves

    • Identify target and secure new clients in the US and Europe markets for both headhunting services and SaaS products
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs industry trends and competitive landscape in the US Europe Asia and Latam
    • Lead and manage a team of recruiters providing guidance support and strategic direction
    • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from client engagement to candidate placement
    • Collaborate with your team to effectively source and secure top talent from Asia and Latam markets
    • Present and sell SaaS solutions to potential clients demonstrating how our technology can streamline their recruitment processes through AI
    • Work closely with marketing product and recruitment teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
    • Track and report on sales activities team performance pipeline progress and market feedback to senior management
