Day to day

Identify target and secure new clients in the US and Europe markets for both headhunting services and SaaS products
Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs industry trends and competitive landscape in the US Europe Asia and Latam
Lead and manage a team of recruiters providing guidance support and strategic direction
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from client engagement to candidate placement
Collaborate with your team to effectively source and secure top talent from Asia and Latam markets
Present and sell SaaS solutions to potential clients demonstrating how our technology can streamline their recruitment processes through AI
Work closely with marketing product and recruitment teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Track and report on sales activities team performance pipeline progress and market feedback to senior management
