What the job involves
Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners and resellers to drive revenue growth and expand ECM solutions' market reach.
Provide partners with necessary training, tools, and resources to sell and implement ECM offerings.
Foster long-term partnerships, conduct joint business planning, and resolve partner-related issues.
Identify new business opportunities, co-develop sales strategies, and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing teams for co-branded campaigns, sales collateral, and lead generation initiatives.
Monitor partner performance, track sales metrics, and report progress to leadership.
Stay up-to-date on ECM industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to meet customer needs.
