Who you are

  • Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development, preferably within ECM, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
  • Strong understanding of ECM solutions, document management, and digital workflow automation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing partner performance metrics.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with partners and attend industry events.



What the job involves

  • Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners and resellers to drive revenue growth and expand ECM solutions' market reach.
  • Provide partners with necessary training, tools, and resources to sell and implement ECM offerings.
  • Foster long-term partnerships, conduct joint business planning, and resolve partner-related issues.
  • Identify new business opportunities, co-develop sales strategies, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for co-branded campaigns, sales collateral, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance, track sales metrics, and report progress to leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date on ECM industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to meet customer needs.
