- Provide partners with necessary training, tools, and resources to sell and implement ECM offerings.
- Foster long-term partnerships, conduct joint business planning, and resolve partner-related issues.
- Identify new business opportunities, co-develop sales strategies, and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for co-branded campaigns, sales collateral, and lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance, track sales metrics, and report progress to leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on ECM industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to meet customer needs.
