Who you are

  • In-depth understanding of the specific or similar market sector
  • Strong sales focus with a drive to succeed and secure new business
  • Commercial acumen to establish need and create value price models
  • Ability to sell services rather than physical products
  • Regular and objective reporting on opportunities via CRM
  • Willingness to travel, including potential international travel
  • Significant experience in a highly technical B2B environment
  • Experience in a technical role-aligned environment
  • Success in a performance-measured CRM-based sales environment
  • Ability to package and bundle services for maximized sales opportunities
  • Sales qualification or equivalent experience
  • Full clean UK driving license

Desirables

  • Understanding of market drivers in the TIC sector
  • Experience with budgeting and sales forecasting
  • Proven track record of delivering Customer Service Excellence



What the job involves

  • Identify and target potential clients needing EMC and radio equipment regulatory compliance services.
  • Develop and implement market expansion strategies to increase the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Generate new customers and profitable revenues aligning with the UK Responsible Sales & Marketing Policy.
