Who you are
Experience in Business Development Management or similar
Experience in the entire sales life-cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposals, negotiation, and closing
Experience creating sales leads and finding innovative ways of reaching new brands/partners
Background in growth marketing or affiliate marketing
Communication skills including presentation, verbal, and written
Relationship building skills
Ability to maintain relationships
Exposure to a target-focused environment
High proficiency in spoken and written German
What the job involves
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing the full sales cycle, while identifying and developing new business opportunities
Research and identify accounts, establish contacts via cold calling, email outreach, and other means
Build and maintain relationships with leads, develop pitch decks, manage negotiations and take ownership of the entire sales process
