Who you are
- Proven experience in business development within a housing and care environment
- Ability to engage influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Financial and budgeting skills for costing proposals and understanding basic accounts
- Must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle
What the job involves
- Expand capacity in the region to maximize revenue
- Develop and sustain successful relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate the creation of new services and the re-provisioning of existing ones
- Secure viable rates for services in the region through negotiation
- Act as a critical business partner and advocate for the customer
