• 1+ years of SaaS sales experience

• Experience in SFDC, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal)

What the job involves

• Manage lead generation efforts across significant parts of the EMEA region through employment with Hologram's EOR Vendor
• Partner closely with the Head of Business Development (US), VP of Sales (EMEA), and Sr. Account Executive (EMEA)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with US-based marketing, customer success, and revenue operations teams
• Overachieve monthly KPIs and develop optimization plans for inbound and outbound motions
• Identify market leverage points, trends, and success strategies
• Become an IoT expert
