Requirements
- Consistent history of meeting and exceeding objectives in meeting setting and opportunity creation
- High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills
- Tenacity to maintain high volumes of calls and emails
- Exceptional active listening and presentation skills
- 8+ months of business development or inside sales experience
- Working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or Hubspot
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Navigator a plus but not required
Day to day
- Target Executive/C-Suite contacts in IT, Data, and compliance across various sectors and build appropriate outbound strategies
- Support Field Marketing efforts by setting meetings and creating opportunities
- Qualify leads and book meetings, ensuring a smooth handover process to our enterprise sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop tailored engagement strategies
- Conduct research on target accounts and industries for growth opportunities
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on insights
- Keep detailed records of interactions and progress in Quantexa's CRM
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Quantexa's products and industry trends
