Who you are

  • Consistent history of meeting and exceeding objectives in meeting setting and opportunity creation
  • High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills
  • Tenacity to maintain high volumes of calls and emails
  • Exceptional active listening and presentation skills
  • 8+ months of business development or inside sales experience
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Navigator a plus but not required



What the job involves

  • Target Executive/C-Suite contacts in IT, Data, and compliance across various sectors and build appropriate outbound strategies
  • Support Field Marketing efforts by setting meetings and creating opportunities
  • Qualify leads and book meetings, ensuring a smooth handover process to our enterprise sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop tailored engagement strategies
  • Conduct research on target accounts and industries for growth opportunities
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on insights
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and progress in Quantexa's CRM
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Quantexa's products and industry trends
