Requirements
- A consistent history of meeting and exceeding objectives around meeting setting and opportunity creation
- A high degree of self-motivation, commitment, and professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, planning and execution skills
- Tenacity to maintain high volumes of calls and emails
- Exceptional active listening and presentation skills
- 8+ months of business development or inside sales experience
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)

Day to day
- Develop a deep understanding of strategic enterprise account plans, maintaining close communication with enterprise account executives to build appropriate outbound strategies
- Qualify cold leads and marketing leads based on established criteria to book meetings with target prospects, noting each prospect's set of business needs and use case(s)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos with prospects and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth handover process for meetings booked with our enterprise sales team, meeting monthly and quarterly goals relating to driving event attendance, meetings held, and opportunities influenced
