  • A track record exceeding quota as an individual contributor
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an outbound prospecting capacity
  • Well versed in sales generation and lead qualification with a hungry persistent positive style
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Highly self-motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of personal initiative
  • Comfortable juggling multiple assignments and working without a lot of direct supervision

What the job involves

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to drive outbound growth within the region targeting primarily Director VP and C level executives
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to uncover sales opportunities
  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls emails LinkedIn and other sales mediums
  • Analyze customer personas and target audience demographics to compile lists of potential leads to contact
  • Develop and implement email campaigns to attract new leads
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Manage data in Salesforce.com and Outreach/Salesloft ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate
