What the job involves

  • Research potential prospects online to produce qualified call lists for sales colleagues
  • Grow business using sales and developing special projects
  • Oversee and provide support for multiple processes within Salesforce, Seamless AI, etc
  • Cold calling with the intent to develop new markets and customer base
  • Support lead and opportunity generation activities within the region
  • Recruit and drive attendance of new prospects and leads to various Strategic Information Group and industry events
  • Review and support the effective follow-up and management of sales leads
  • Collaborate with peers and sales representatives to ensure customer responsiveness and attainment of goals
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales and marketing meetings on calling efforts to advance the sales cycle
  • Partake in projects with local and international project team members
