1.5+ years in a similar role with a successful track record of exceeding your quota measured in calls/day appointments/week qualification of opportunities etc
Experience in a selling environment with a significant volume of outbound activity
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Willingness to learn and succeed in a high-earning software sales environment
Technical ability to understand overall presentations demos & competitive differentiation
A strong desire to keep up-to-date on technology trends developments & best practices

Outstanding communication skills
Recent experience or demonstrative understanding of software technology marketing automation eBusiness CRM software

What the job involves
Identify, qualify, nurture and follow up on own opportunities following the established sales process to identify and prioritise target accounts and key decision-makers
Build relationships via phone and with compelling email sequences to generate own appointments, leads and manage pipeline
Influence decision makers over the telephone about their business marketing issues and operations
Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and maximise sales opportunities
Consistently and regularly use salesforce.com to provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activity
Appropriately engage management and staff in the sales cycle and provide ongoing feedback to other areas of the organisation
Mentoring and knowledge sharing with newly joined colleagues
Being proactive with understanding industry trends and the competitive landscape
