Requirements

  • Master’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in Bitcoin mining blockchain hardware or adjacent tech sectors
  • Solid understanding of Bitcoin mining operations blockchain fundamentals and hardware lifecycle
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or another language such as Spanish French Portuguese or Arabic is a plus
  • Cross-cultural agility with familiarity in U.S. business practices and Chinese corporate environments
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven mindset with resilience under pressure
  • Comfortable with moderate to intensive travel up to 60%+

Day to day

  • Drive new business growth across U.S. institutional and corporate segments with a strong consultative approach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and proposal development through negotiation order fulfillment and collections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns coordinate after-sales support and tailor bundled mining solutions.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and client presentations while gathering market intelligence to strengthen competitive positioning.
