Requirements
- 10+ years in business engagement product management or finance-technology partnership roles within Financial Services Insurance or Tech
- Proven track record owning business outcomes for Finance while partnering with technology delivery
- Experience leading a small team of Business Engagement resources and orchestrating outcomes across Finance Operations
- Ability to translate complex Finance needs into clear testable requirements and manage capability and product roadmaps
- Hands-on exposure to ERP EPM and Finance transformation programs
- Professional credentials such as CPA ACCA CIMA or product analysis certifications
- Requirements elicitation and documentation including user stories acceptance criteria process mapping and traceability to outcomes
- Roadmap and prioritization with demand intake sequencing and value-based prioritization
- Stakeholder leadership with senior-level facilitation influence conflict resolution and executive-ready communication
- Portfolio governance including intake triage dependency and risk management and outcome tracking
- Financial and analytical acumen to interpret P L BS and Cash Flow implications
- Change management and adoption planning including training enablement and business process embedding
- Data literacy across Finance data models controls reporting needs and regulatory considerations

Day to day
- Act as the primary bridge between Finance leadership and Technology, aligning business priorities with technology strategies and solution design.
- Capture, shape, and document Finance business needs, then guide product and capability roadmaps to support both immediate delivery and long-term platform growth.
- Partner with delivery teams throughout design and build, providing ongoing business input to ensure solutions meet agreed outcomes and expectations.
