Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or 5 years’ related experience
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to actively resolve problems
- Experience delivering and designing presentations and training for individuals and larger audiences
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint Outlook Word and Smartsheet experience
- Demonstrated experience in problem resolution system analysis and business literacy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage multiple assignments activities or projects

Day to day
- Collaborate with business owners teams and colleagues to gather requirements identify issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Analyze current business processes system gaps user issues performance measures revenue trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Present recommendations and support system enhancements while maintaining strong documentation scope awareness and alignment with business objectives.
- Build a deep understanding of CMS applications customer needs and internal business units while managing multiple priorities and analytical tasks.
